Anton Malia has more than 20 years' experience within the construction and building services industry, with a career spanning commercial management, operational leadership and senior executive management.

Beginning from a commercial and quantity surveying background, Anton progressed through senior commercial and management positions before moving into Director and ultimately Managing Director roles.

​

This progression has provided experience not only of individual projects and contracts, but also of the wider commercial and operational challenges involved in managing construction businesses.

​

His experience includes responsibility for regional business performance, major construction and building services projects, commercial governance, project recovery, risk management, preconstruction and senior management decision-making.

Anton has also spent significant periods dealing directly with complex and underperforming projects where commercial, contractual, technical and operational issues must be considered together.

This combination of commercial background and executive management experience forms the basis of Malia Advisory.

The objective is to provide clients with experienced, independent advice that is practical, commercially aware and based upon a genuine understanding of how construction and building services businesses operate.
